Guide for authors All oral presenters, including invited and key-note speakers, should submit a manuscript for the proceedings of the 6th International CIGR Technical Symposium: Towards a Sustainable Food Chain.
Of course, authors of posters are also very welcomed to submit their manuscript for the proceedings.
The length of the printed paper (including figures and tables) should be 8 pages for invited key-note talks, 6 pages for all oral presentations and 4 pages for posters.

Manuscripts will be published on CD. As previous symposiums, selected papers presented at this symposium will be published in a special issue of Food and Bioprocess Technology - An International Journal published by Springer.
Instructions for posters Special Announcement: Book Prizes to be won at 6th CIGR Section Technical Symposium, Nantes, France, 17-20 April, 2011. Click here for more information.
All the posters will be installed during the two first days of the symposium (monday 18th and Tuesday 19th).
The grids which will support the posters are 95 cm x 1.5 m height. Therefore, poster should be smaller. We recommand to use A0 format (ISO 216) dimensions: 85 cm x 1.2 m maximum.

  • submit a contribution title,
  • load your contribution file,
  • pay your registration fees.

*The Gala Dinner-Cruise on the Erdre river, april 19th, 2011 is not included in the registration fees.
**Accompanying person fees 100 € gives access to lunch break and to one place for the gala dinner cruise. The accompanying persons will have a special badge and will not have access to the conference rooms.
Cancellation: For cancellation received before february 18th, registration fees are fully refunded.
For cancellation received after february 18th, registrants who do not cancel by that date and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee paid.
