COST865 2010 Training School

REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN ONLY FOR INDUSTRIALS.
OTHER PARTICIPANTS, PAYMENT DONE AFTER MAY 31 WILL BE REIMBURSED.
We will advice you as soon as possible for future training school.

Our willing being to insure an excellent quality for the training school, we must limit the number of participants. This is why we decided to split the school in several ones following the next ideas :

• We wish to organize more 'regional' schools (already in project : one in East countries, one in South America ...).
• The registration for this COST865 2010 Training School remains open especially for industrials. Should the number of industrial registrant increase, we may organize a specific industrial session, most probably end of 2010.
• For Dijon meeting, preference will be given to 10 - 20 industrial participation and 30 - 40 european student registration.
• If you were not selected for the present session, we will keep carefully your personnal data, and give you priority for a future training school participation.

To help us in organizing the future schools, please select your favorite alternative place and type of meeting in the registration form. Do not hesitate to communicate through the Contact page, any information on possible location, easy to reach, with good laboratory and pilote plant facilities.

Last but not least, BRG wish to provide grants to help students to participate to those training schools. We need time to collect funds. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any idea where to apply for additional funding.

• Registration as 'student' means Master or PhD student, maximum 1 year after graduation.
• Registration as 'young researcher' means maximum 3 years after the PhD.
• Payment may be done by credit card (preferably), bank transfer, or check (drawn on a French Bank).
• Payment has to be received before June 15th 2010 (or registration will be cancelled).
• If you are selected for a grant, do not pay your registration fees.
• Cancellation done before June 15th 2010, fees are fully refunded.
• Cancellation done after June 15th 2010, full payment is due.

Bioencapsulation Research Group will attribute up to 30 grants based on the following criteria :

• Master or PhD students and exceptionnaly young researchers,
• involved in microencapsulation research project,
• UPON registration BEFORE May 15th, 2010,
• favourising a fair distribution between laboratories, countries ...
• to earliest registration,
• for students who register for the first time to the COST865 summer school.

• Grants will cover your registration fees (including accomodation) and up to 500 € to cover your travel.
• The grant (travel) will be paid in cash at the end of the training school.
• Grants are attributed personally and non-transferable.
• Grant attribution will be communicated to participants by the end of May, 2010.
• If you are selected for a grant you do not need to pay the registration fees.
• However, if you are selected for a grant, but could not attend, you are requested to advice us as soon as possible.
• No answer will be provided before this date (neither after this date).
