Would it be possible to have a double room for my boyfriend and I ? Sorry, there is no double room in the University Campus.
As aleardy mentionned on this web site The selection of up to 50 participants will be done by the organizing committee towards May 15, 2010, favourising a first participation to the COST865 summer school.
30 grants have been attributed to students who registered to the COST865 summer school.
We suggest sharing a grant between members of a same team, but this should be an internal decision, without intervention of BRG.
For non granted attendant, payment has to be received before June 15th 2010 (or registration will be cancelled).

If my grant status says "yes" does that mean that I have been attributed a grant ? Well, "yes" means "yes" !
If I have been attributed a grant, do I have to do some process more ? We will be in touch with granted students for any particular need.
Is it possible to attend the Summer School if I do not have been granted ? As mentionned on the web site : For non granted attendants, payment has to be received before June 15th 2010 or registration will be cancelled. So, yes of course you can participate if you pay your registration fees. Just be sure that your payment arrives before June 15th.
